Jenna resides in Los Angeles where she moved after graduating
from the George Washington University with a degree in Theatre.
In addition to drawing and painting, she enjoys dancing, reading,
traveling, Shakespeare, writing, hiking, and yoga.
The majority of her art works are drawings of body forms or portraits
done on cardboard with oil pastels, a technique inspired by Edgar
Degas. Recently, she has explored other mediums, including watercolor,
acrylic, and mixed media. Her main focus when creating a piece
is to capture the contrast of light and dark. She also believes
interesting composition is another key to her style of art. She
has fun playing around with finding unusual ways to crop whatever
photo she’s using as a source.
